Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 10 arrests for the week of February 3 through February 9 in the City of Sullivan.

This week’s arrests were:

Feb. 3: Devon N. Strange, 28, was arrested on a Cuba Police warrant for operating a vehicle without a proper license. Strange was held in the Sullivan Jail on $50 cash bond.

Feb. 3: Edward J. Obrien, 32, was arrested on alleged possession of drug paraphernalia. Obrien was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Feb. 4: Joshua W. Waltman, 34, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of displaying plates of another, bond $100 and Franklin County warrant for two counts of no vehicle registration, bond $300. Waltman was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Feb. 4: Jimmy S. Whitnell, 31, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for traffic violations. Whitnell was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Feb. 4: Dakota L. Campbell, 20, was arrested on a Gasconade County warrant for possession of a controlled substance, bond $1,500 and a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, bond $200. Campbell was later released to Gerald Police,

Feb. 5: Jennifer F. Vazquez, 35, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no valid license, bond $225. Vazquez was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Feb. 6: Christopher D. Hollingshead, 38, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of defective exhaust, bond $100. Hollingshead was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Feb. 8: Dawson R. Osborn, 21, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for resisting arrest, bond $500. Osborn was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Feb. 8: Kyle A. Behrends, 32, was arrested on Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no seat belt, $250 and Hillsboro Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of exceeding the speed limit, bond $201. Behrends was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Feb. 9: Nickolas P. Gauer, 41, was arrested for alleged trespassing in the first degree. Gauer was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.
