Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 14 arrests during the week of January 27 through February 3.

This week’s arrests:

Jan. 27: Anthony D. Smith, 45, was arrested on a local warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia and no license.

 He was transported to the Crawford County Jail on a $322 bond.

Jan. 28: Brad Algiere, 43, was arrested on Franklin County warrants. Algiere was released to the Franklin County Adult Detention Center.

Jan. 28: Tracy Umar, 45, was arrested on seven Franklin County warrants, Crawford County warrants for trespassing and Elsberry Police Department warrants for contempt of court. Umar was released to the Franklin County Adult Detention Center.

Jan. 28: Tiffany Moss, 32, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on a $100 bond.

Jan. 28: Breanna Johns, 23, was arrested on Crawford County warrants for failure to register. 

She was released on a $150 bond.

Jan. 28: Cody Eye, 33, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and driving while revoked. Eye was released pending warrants.

Jan. 29: William Wheeler, 34, was arrested for driving while suspended. He was released pending warrants.

Jan. 29: Ashley Mercer, 30, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, Franklin County warrants for possession of a controlled substance, failure to appear and assault. She was released to the Franklin County Adult Detention Center.

Jan. 29: Brandon Daugherty was arrested for driving while revoked and warrants from the Crawford County and Phelps County sheriff’s departments. 

Jan. 29: Nicholas Hewlett, 23, was arrested for Franklin County and Crawford County warrants.

Jan. 30: Heather Poole, 43, was arrested for driving while suspended. She was released on a $250 bond.

Jan. 31: Kyle Floyd, 30, was arrested on a failure to appear in Jefferson County and first-degree trespassing. 

Jan. 31: Storm Brown, 25, was arrested for second-degree trespassing and littering.

Feb. 3: Krystle Whaley, 37, was arrested for property damage.
