Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 11 arrests for the week of January 13 through January 19 in the City of Sullivan.

This week’s arrests were:

Jan. 13: Kevin M. Schmidt, 30, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of failure to register. Schmidt was held in the Sullivan Jail on $100 bond.

Jan. 13: Daniel A. Scantlan, 32, was arrested on a St. James warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no proof of insurance. Scantlan was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on bond.

Jan. 13: Thomas J. Ryan, 29, was arrested on a Dent County warrant for aggravated assault, no bond: probation violation District 16 on the original charge of assault, no bond and a Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of moving traffic violations, $150 bond. Ryan was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 14: Dylan L. Williams, 27, St. Clair, was arrested on a Union Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no valid license, bond $250 and additional Sullivan charges for alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Williams was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 15: Kevin M. Schmidt, 30, was arrested for alleged possession of controlled substance and possession of an illegal weapon. Schmidt was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 15: Sandy L. Martinez, 28, was arrested on a Sullivan warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no valid drivers license, bond $703. Martinez was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 16: Michael R. Littlefield, 44, as arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of public intoxication. Littlefield was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 16: Jeremy L. Bates, 39, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while revoked. Bates was held on $100 bond in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 16: William N. Wheeler, 34, was arrested for probation violation, no bond. Wheeler was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 16: Mark N. Williams, 36, was arrested for alleged driving while revoked and possession of a controlled substance. Williams was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 19: William O. Dietz, 42, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance. Dietz was held in the Sullivan Jail and released pending formal charges.
