Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 13 arrests for the week of January 6 through January 12 in the City of Sullivan.

This week’s arrests were:

Jan. 6: Mike T. Sanders, 32, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sanders was held and released pending formal charges.

Jan. 7: James D. Kuhl, 33, was arrested on a Sullivan warrant and Franklin County warrant. Kuhl was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 7: Rhiannon N. Douglas, 34, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Douglas was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 7: Victoria N. Evans, 35, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged driving while suspended. Evans was held and released on a court summons.

Jan. 8: Joshua W. Waltman, 34, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of failure to register a motor vehicle, bond $100 and a charge of alleged driving while revoked. Waltman was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 8: James A. Wagner, 27, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Wagner was held in the Sullivan Jail and released pending formal charges.

Jan. 8: Joshua W. Kirk, 40, was arrested on a Polaski County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while suspended, Kirk was held on $1,000 bond in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 10: Claude E. Byrd, 37, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of traffic violation. Byrd was held and released on bond.

Jan. 10: Kyle Floyd, 30, was arrested for alleged trespassing from Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Dr. Floyd was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.

Jan. 10: Steven J. Muehlenbeck, 25, was arrested on multiple Franklin County warrants. Muehlenbeck was held in the Sullivan Jail but later posted bond and was released.

Jan. 10: Stacy J. Stroup, 44, was arrested for alleged driving while revoked. Stroup was held and released pending formal charges.

Jan. 12: Amber L. Whitnell, 29, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for stealing, bond $500 and two pending Sullivan charges for stealing in the fourth degree and trespassing in the first degree following an alleged shoplifting call at Wal-Mart.

 Whitnell was held at the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 12: Michael J. McClearn, 55, Newburg, was arrested on Phelps County warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of alleged possession of dangerous drugs, no bond. McClearn was held in the Sullivan Jail.
