Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report
The Sullivan Police Department made 11 arrests for the week of December 30 through January 5 in the City of Sullivan.
This week’s arrests were:
Jan. 2: Susan McKernon, 58, was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of littering, bond $500. McKernon was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Jan. 2: Jack Ziers, 48, was arrested for alleged driving while revoked. Ziers was held in the Sullivan Jail and released pending formal charges.
Jan. 2: Alyssa M. Manly, 28, was arrested for alleged driving while suspended. Manly was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Jan. 2: Adam J. Conrad, 23, was arrested on two Sullivan warrants for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no insurance, bond $225. Conrad was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Jan. 2: Brett D. Merritt, 25, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for alleged possession of dangerous drugs, bond $5,000.Merritt was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Jan. 2: Justine E. Stockton, 35, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for driving while revoked, bond $150. Stockton was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Jan. 3: Rodney J. Loethen, 47, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charges of no valid license and no insurance, bond $150. Loathen was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Jan. 5: Dustin R. Schmidt, 37, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of trespassing in the first degree, bond $100. Schmidt was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Jan. 5: Sheila J. Cummins, 66, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for conservation violation of land use, bond $75. Cummins was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Jan. 5: Susan L. McKernon, 58, was arrested on a Sullivan warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no insurance, bond $100: two Franklin County warrants for no insurance and no registration, bond $300 and an Arnold Police warrant for parking violations, bond $275. McKernon was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Jan. 5: James A. Stahlman, 47, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, bond $500 and a St. Clair warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of traffic violations, bond $160. Stahlman was released to Franklin County.
