Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report
The Sullivan Police Department made 15 arrests for the week of December 23 through December 29 in the City of Sullivan.
This week’s arrests were:
Dec. 23: Kyle Behrends, 31, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no seatbelt, bond $100.
Behrends was held and released on bond.
Dec. 23: Shanna M. Wilken, 36, Cuba, was arrested on a parole absconder warrant and held in the Sullivan Jail without bond.
Dec. 24: Brett D. Merritt, 25, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charges of shoplifting and dangerous drugs. Merritt was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Dec. 24: Bethany D. Petzold, 51, was arrested for alleged possession of drugs. Petzold was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Dec. 24: Randall Reams, 34, was arrested on a probation violation warrant. Reams was held in the Sullivan Jail and transported to Crawford County Sheriff’s Department without bond.
Dec. 26: Austin R. Wise, 18, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged burglary in the first degree, resisting arrest, possession of burglary tools and stealing. Wise was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Dec. 26: James H. Decker, Jr., 53, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for trespassing, bond $100 and a Rolla Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of open container, bond $100. Decker was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Dec. 27: Matthew T. Hunt, 23, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of stealing, shoplifting, bond $100. Hunt was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Dec. 27: Charles W. Bell, 40, was arrested on multiple warrants and held in the Sullivan Jail.
Dec. 27: Jetrihcc H. Girardier, 24, was arrested for alleged driving while intoxicated.
Girardier was held and released on a court summons.
Dec. 27: Uri M. Bailey, 38, was arrested on a St. Francious County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of child neglect, bond $25,000.
Bailey was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Dec. 27: Charity R. Bates, 39, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for welfare of a child, bond $5,000. Bates was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Dec. 28: Katie A. Wasson, 25, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of failure to register a motor vehicle. Wasson was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Dec. 28: Barney R. Cook, Jr., 33, was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for violation of a protection order, bond $500.
Cook was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Dec. 29: Gary T. Pennington, 34, Sullivan, was arrested on two Sullivan warrants for failure to appear in court on the original charges of stealing and eluding an officer, bond $176.50 and three Franklin County warrants including: no valid drivers license, resisting arrest and driving while revoked, bond $1,075.
Pennington was held in the Sullivan Jail.
