Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report
The Sullivan Police Department made 10 arrests for the week of December 2 through December 8 in the City of Sullivan.
This week’s arrests were:
Dec. 4: Timothy G. Zahn, Jr., 46, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance, bond $5,000. Zahn was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Dec. 4: Kyle A. Floyd, 30, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance.
Floyd was held and released pending formal charges.
Dec. 4: Joseph B. Kahmke, 43, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting. Kahmke was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Dec. 4: Virgil Vongladeth, 35, was arrested for alleged domestic disturbance in the third degree. Vongladeth was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Dec. 5: Michael J. Parrish Jr., 38, Bourbon, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond $638 and a Warrenton Police warrant for assault in the third degree, bond $2,000. Parrish was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Dec. 5: Brett D. Merritt, 25, was arrested on a Cuba Police warrant for alleged stealing,
Merritt was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Dec. 5: Kyle S. Johnson, 21, was arrested for alleged stealing at Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Dr. Johnson was held and released on a court summons.
Dec. 5: Marilyn Boyer, 41, was arrested for alleged shoplifting at Wal-Mart. Boyer was held and released on a court summons.
Dec. 5: Rachel Ann Miles, 34, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no vehicle registration, bond $225. Miles was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Dec. 6: Damer Coppinger, 18, was arrested for alleged resisting arrest by flight. Coppinger was held in the Sullivan Jail.
