Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 13 arrests for the week of Dec. 18 through Dec. 23 in the City of Sullivan.

This week's arrests were:

Dec. 18: Richard D.P. Cliver Jr., 26, Sullivan, was arrested for allegedly driving while suspended. Cliver was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.

Dec. 19: Bobby J. Massa, 32, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Massa was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Dec. 19: Shelly L. Weimar, 32, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged shoplifting at Sullivan Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Dr.; Branson Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond $500 and Franklin County warrants for traffic violations, bond $2,500. Weimar was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Dec. 20: Joseph R. Ware, 26, Sullivan, was arrested on four Franklin County warrants for failure to appear in court on the original charges of: driving while revoked, driving while intoxicated, speeding and domestic assault, bond $1,750. Ware was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Dec. 20: Seth C. Vance, 17, Bourbon, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no valid drivers license, bond $182. Vance was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Dec. 20: Jessie K. Silver, 25, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged shoplifting at Sullivan Wal-Mart. Silver was held and released on a court summons.

Dec. 20: Crystal M. Kaysinger, 26, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of littering, bond $250. Kaysinger was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Dec. 20: Nicholas L. Emery, 23, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of marijuana, bond $100. Emery was released after posting bond.

Dec. 20: Jared M. Brand, 31, Sullivan, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance, no bond. Brand was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Dec. 22: Dale Cox, 29. St. Clair, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond $222.50. Cox was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Dec. 22: Sydney Cates, 20, Jefferson City, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond $500.

Cates was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Dec. 22: Tyler R. Baker, 22, Sullivan, was arrested on a Maries County warrant for probation violation, bond $250. Baker was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Dec. 22: Sarah L. Rowden, 35, St. Clair, was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of dangerous drugs and additional Sullivan charges for alleged possession of a controlled substance, possession of imitation controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Rowden was held in the Sullivan Jail.
