Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 25 arrests for the week of November 25 through December 1, in the City of Sullivan.

This week’s arrests were:

Nov 25: Carl D. Peters Jr., 24, was arrested on two Rolla Police warrants for larceny and driving without a license. Peters was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 25: Nicholas Woodall, 27, was arrested for failure to appear in court on the original charge of failure to maintain financial responsibility, bond $100. Woodall was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 25: Justine Stockten, 35, was arrested on Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of failure to maintain financial responsibility, bond $100, and additional charge of alleged possession of a controlled substance. Stockten was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 25: Stacy J. Stroup, 44, Sullivan, was arrested on a Butler County warrant for felony family offense of non support, probation violation, bond $1,000 and Franklin County warrant for driving while revoked, two counts, bond $1,000. Stroup was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 26: Jesse W. Lamar, 19, was arrested for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no valid drivers license. Lamar was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 26: Sarah C. Graves, was arrested for alleged driving while revoked and no proof of insurance. Graves was released on a court summons.

Nov. 27: Amber L. Whitnell, 29, Sullivan, was arrested on Sullivan warrants for failure to appear in court on the original charges of shoplifting and failure to register a motor vehicle, bond $487. Whitnell was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 27: Natasha Thurmond, 34, was arrested on a Crawford County parole violation and held on no bond. Thurmond was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 27: Dawn M. Madison, 47, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of operating a vehicle without a license, bond $150. Madison was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 28: Devon N. Strange, 28, was arrested for alleged tampering with a stolen vehicle. Strange was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 29: Jeffrey G. Steelman, 39, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of operating a motor vehicle in a careless manner. Steelman was held on $100 bond, in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 29: Tiffany L. Dildine, 33, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond $132.50. Dildine was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 29: Nathaniel T. Boswell, 27, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of trespassing, bond $517.50 and Franklin County warrants for failure to appear in court on numerous charges with bond totaling $19,000. Boswell was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 30: Beau Spencer, 19, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of traffic violations, bond $150. Spencer was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 30: Elizabeth Yeager, 39, was arrested on a Rolla Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance, no bond. Hudson was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 30: Ginger Hudson, 36, was arrested on a St. Clair warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of traffic violations, bond $185 and Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance, bond $4,000. Hudson was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 30: Deanna Knorr, 46, was arrested for alleged driving while revoked. Knorr was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 30: Zachariah M. Duggan, 38, was arrested for alleged driving while suspended and numerous traffic charges. Duggan was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 30: Jimmy S. Whitnell, 31, was arrested on a St. Charles County warrant for probation violation, bond $5,000. 

Dec. 1: Charles D. Nappier, 49, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged driving while suspended and possession of a controlled substance, Nappier was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Dec. 1: Hollie R. Cooper, 29, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Cooper was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Dec. 1: Kevin B. Crider, 38, Union, was arrested for alleged driving while suspended and possession of a stolen license plate, Crider was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Dec. 1: Ashley Sullivan, 30, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of assault, bond $2,500. Sullivan was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Dec. 1: Jennifer J. Reichenbach, 34, was arrested for alleged stealing at Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Dr. Reichenbach was held and released on a court summons.

Dec. 1: Tonya B. Pollock, 37, was arrested for alleged stealing at Wal-Mart. Pollock was held and released on a court summons.
