Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 14 arrests for the week of November 11 through November 17  in the City of Sullivan.

This week’s arrests were:

Nov. 12: Jack L. Zieres, 48, was arrested for alleged driving while suspended. Zieres was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.

Nov. 13: Joshua W. Waltman, 34, Sullivan, was arrested on Sullivan warrants for failure to appear in court on the charges of failure to register a motor vehicle, displaying plates of another and failure to maintain financial responsibility, bond $465 and Crawford County warrants for failure to appear in court on the charges of possession of marijuana, failure to register a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle owned by another, bond $250. Waltman was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 13: Felicia L. Stevens, 32, St. Clair, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of stealing/shoplifting. Stevens was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 13: Jessica Teel, 32, was arrested for alleged driving while suspended. 

Teel was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.

Nov. 13: Sarah E. Gauvain, 31, was arrested on a Sullivan warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no valid drivers license, bond $100 and additional charges for alleged possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. 

Gauvain was held and released on a court summons.

Nov. 14 Christopher M. George, 36, was arrested for alleged shoplifting at Sullivan Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Dr. George was held and later released on a court summons.

Nov. 15: James L. Hempel, 60, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for alleged trafficking drugs, bond $4,900. Hempel posted bond and was released from Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 15: Christopher R. Thomas Jr., 36, was arrested on a St. Clair warrant for traffic violations, bond $710. Thomas was held in Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 15: Carl D. Peters Jr., 24, was arrested on a St. James Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Peters was held in the Sullivan Jail on $100 bond.

Nov. 17: Joshua R. Stephens, 31, Lonedell, was arrested on a Pacific Police warrant for failure to appear in court on traffic charges, bond $186. Stephens was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 17: Amanda M.D. Dehn, 28, St. Clair, was arrested on Franklin County warrants for possession of a controlled substance, possession of dangerous drugs, driving while revoked, property damage, displaying plates of another vehicle, stealing, possession of drug paraphernalia and trespassing, no bond; Crawford County warrant for probation violation on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance;  seven St. Clair warrants for failure to appear in court on the charges of traffic violations, possession of dangerous drugs and a pending Sullivan charge of alleged possession of a controlled substance. 

Dehn was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 17: Misty D. Rogers, 33, was arrested for alleged property damage in the second degree. 

Rogers was held and released on a court summons.

Nov. 17: Robert Pierce, 38, was arrested on a Phelps County warrant for alleged burglary in the second degree. Pierce was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 17: Eric W. Loness, 41, Sullivan, was arrested join a parole obsconder warrant on the original charge of burglary, no bond. 

Loness was held in the Sullivan Jail.
