Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 12 arrests for the week of November 4 through November 10, in the City of Sullivan.

This week's arrests were:

Nov. 4: Misty D. Whitley, 40, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of stealing and shoplifting, bond $475 and a St. Clair warrant for failure to appear in court, bond $500. Whitley was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 6: Bobbie Jo Hunt, 24, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no insurance, bond $75. Hunt posted bond and was released.

Nov. 6: Jack L. Zieres, 48, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while revoked, bond $500. Zieres was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 7: James E. Obrien, 31, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance, two counts. O’Brien was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 7: Jessica M. Lowery, 36, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while revoked, bond $295. Lowery posted bond and was released.

Nov. 8: Aaron Lintermoot, 34, was arrested on the Sullivan charge of alleged driving while suspended. Lintermoot was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 8: Tyler A. Fryer, 26, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance. Fryer was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 9: Michelle Smith, 23, was arrested for alleged driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain financial responsibility and failure to keep right. 

Smith was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 9: Patrick A. Spencer, 58, was arrested on South Cass County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of traffic violations, bond $250. Spencer was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 9: William L. Kerley, 55, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for resisting arrest and driving while revoked and a St. Clair warrant for driving while revoked. Kerley was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 9: Kristy L. Grawe, 35, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond $252.50 and a Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no seatbelt, bond $10. Grawe was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 10: Noah W. Federoff, 23, was arrested on a Eureka Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of expired plates, bond $400. 

Federoff was held in the Sullivan Jail.
