Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 13 arrests for the week of October 28 through November 3,   in the City of Sullivan.

This week’s arrests were:

Oct. 28: Robert J. Wilson, 34, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for probation violation and a Franklin County warrant for probation violation. Wilson was held without bond on both charges.

Oct. 28: Helen L. Parkinson, 29, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for larceny, bond $500. Parkinson was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 28: Mkayla N. Summers, 20, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for possession of heroin, two counts, no bond, and a Cuba Police warrant for speeding, bond $75. Summers was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 28: Mason L. Middleton, 22, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for possession of amphetamine, no bond. Middleton was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 29: Phillip D. Quiroz, 37, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while revoked. Quiroz was also charged by Sullivan Police with alleged driving while revoked. 

Quiroz was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 29: Andrew P. Teel, 32, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of trespassing. Teel was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 1: Jared L. Dodson, 36, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for failure to register a motor vehicle, bond $500. Dodson was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 1: Rhiannon N. Douglas, 33, was arrested on a Rolla Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of stealing, bond $500. 

Douglas was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 2: Kaydea L. Lake, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for larceny, Lake was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 2: Kyle A. Floyd, 30, was arrested for alleged driving while suspended. Floyd was held in the Sullivan Jail and later released.

Nov. 2: James Thompson, 31, was arrested for alleged driving while revoked, Thompson was held in the Sullivan Jail and released.

Nov. 3: Christina M. Quiroz, 33, was arrested for alleged driving while suspended and no proof of insurance. Quiroz was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 3: Demetrius D. McClain, 26, New Haven, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of violation of an order of protection and obstructing police, bond $500. 

McClain was held in the Sullivan Jail.
