Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made nine arrests for the week of October 21 through October 27 in the City of Sullivan.

This week’s arrests were:

Oct.21: Ashley Sullivan, 30, was arrested for alleged interfering/resisting an arrest and delivery of contraband in a jail facility. 

Sullivan was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 21: Katie A. Wasson, 25, was arretsed on a Sullivan warrant for failure to appear in court, $100 bond, Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no insurance, $250 bond and an additional charge of alleged resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia in a jail. Wasson was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 21: Jacob Johnson, 31, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for resisting arrest, no bond; tampering with a motor vehicle, $5,000 bond and a St. James warrant for failure to appear in court on the charge of driving while suspended, bond $100. Johnson was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 23: Garrett T. Cousins, 23, St. Clair, was arrested on a Foristell Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no valid license, bond $68 and an Sullivan charge for alleged stealing. Cousins was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 23: Millard L. Arbogast, 47, was arrested on a St. Charles warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of littering, bond $250. 

Arbogast was held in the Sullivan Jail,.

Oct. 23: Kyle R. Broadaway, 22, Leasburg, was arrested on a Sullivan warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond $742.50. Broadaway was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 24: Robert L. Kelly, 42, Cuba, was arrested on a Arnold Police warrant for two counts of shoplifting and driving while revoked, bond $450 and a pending Sullivan charge for alleged possession of a controlled substance. Kelly was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 24: George O. Dunham, 55, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of marijuana. Dunham was held in the Sullivan Jail on $222.50 cash bond.

Oct. 25: Brett D. Merritt, 25, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for careless driving, bond $500 and a Crawford County warrant for dangerous driving, bond $250. 

Merritt was held in the Sullivan Jail.
