Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 11 arrests for the week of Aug. 14 through Aug. 20 in the City of Sullivan.

This week's arrests were:

Aug. 15: Ryan P. Desmond, 31, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting. Desmond was held in the Sullivan Jail on $542.50 bond.

Aug. 15: April E. Mason-Carolan, 37, was arrested for alleged shoplifting at Fas-Trip, 727 Springfield Road West. Carolan was held and released on a court summons.

Aug. 15: Joseph A. Brown, 28, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of assault in the third degree and false imprisonment, bond $15,000; Dent County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance, no bond; Crawford County warrant for possession of amphetamine, bond $7,500 and a Sullivan charge of allegedly resisting arrest.

Brown was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 15: Ashley M. Sohn, 28, St. Clair, was arrested on a Byrnes Mill Police warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia, bond $300. Sohn was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 16: Steven B. Wright, 35, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged possession of marijuana. Wright was held at the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 16: Rebecca M. Kramer, 41, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kramer was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 16: Robert J. Spinelli, 46, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting/stealing, bond $500.

Spinelli was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 17: Malinda M. Miller, 33, Grubville, was arrested on a Union Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of stealing.

Miller was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 18: Jeffrey D. Abel, 35, Sullivan, was arrested on two Franklin County warrants for non support. Abel was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 19: Teresa L. Alexander, 54, Bourbon, was arrested for allegedly shoplifting at The Exchange, 28 West Main Street.

Alexander was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.

Aug. 19: Adam Hix, 28, was arrested on Franklin County warrants for failure to appear in court on the original charges of driving while revoked, no insurance and no seatbelt, bond, $850. Hix was held in the Sullivan Jail.
