Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report
The Sullivan Police Department made 12 arrests for the week of Aug. 7 through Aug. 13 in the City of Sullivan.
This week's arrests were:
Aug. 7: Brian T. Stevens, 42, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while suspended. Stevens was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Aug. 7: Leon Smith, 44, was arrested for alleged driving while revoked. Smith was held and released on a court summons.
Aug. 9: Kyle B. Broadaway, 19, Leasburg, was arrested for allegedd possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree property damage. Broadaway was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Aug. 9: Jennifer L. Davis, 34, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving without insurance and Pacific Police warrants for three traffic violations. Davis was held in the Sullivan Jail on a $45 bond.
Aug. 10: Misty D. Whitley, 38, Union, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting. Whitley was held in the Sullivan Jail on $222.50 bond.
Aug. 10: James J. Kennedy, 53, Sullivan, was arrested for allegedd disorderly conduct. Kennedy was held at the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.
Aug. 10: Tanner Thompson, 20, was arrested on Crawford County warrants for failure to appear in court on the charges of no insurance, bond $100 and displaying plates of another vehicle, bond $1,000. Thompson was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Aug. 11: Rhiannon N. Douglas, 31, was arrested on St. James warrants for failure to appear in court on the charges of driving while intoxicated, $1,000, careless driving, $1,000, no insurance, $1,000, failure to register a motor vehicle, $1,000 and failure to yield, $1,000 bond and Rolla Police warrant for allegeddly stealing, no bond. Douglas was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Aug. 11: Taressa Bell, 20, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged domestic assault in the second degree and armed criminal action.
Bell was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Aug. 12: Cody L. Eye, 31, Bourbon, was arrested for allegeddly driving while suspended and stealing motor vehicle fuel.
Eye was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Aug. 13: William L. Kerley, 53, homeless, was arrested on Sullivan charges of driving while revoked and resisting arrest: Franklin County warrants for possession of amphetamine, driving while revoked; Crawford County warrants for failure to register a motor vehicle, no insurance, traffic violations and no seatbelt: Foristell Police warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia and a Jefferson County warrant for driving while intoxicated.
Kerley was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Aug. 13: Christopher R. Cromwell, 34, Robertsville, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of marijuana and Franklin County warrants for four traffic violations, bond $2,250. Cromwell was held in the Sullivan Jail.
