Sullivan Fire Rescues Man On Meramec River

Sullivan Fire on Saturday safely located a man who had gotten separated from his group on the Meramec River.

Firefighters responded around 3:30 p.m. to Meramec State Park. The man had not been located in more than an hour. Firefighters were able to locate him one mile south of the state park. The victim reportedly had several medical conditions.
