Splash Park Could Be Completed This Summer Season

When the council approved their Fiscal Year 2018 budget, the Sullivan Independent News reported that under capital improvements the city had planned to install a splash park in the city as they budgeted some $300,000 for the project.

The council was scheduled to discuss the issue Tuesday night, April 17, during their regular meeting as a location and work has begun on the project.
