Power of the Purse Committee Meets Ahead Of April 19 Fundraiser

The Sullivan Power of the Purse committee met to prepare for the April 19 fundraiser for United Way to be held at the Eagles Hall in Sullivan.
All ladies are invited. Dozens of purses are donated and then auctioned off for a contribution to the United Way from the Sullivan area ladies. In the last three years, over $35,000 have been raised to assist with the United Way’s mission of strengthening families, nurturing and protecting children, assisting the elderly and disabled, and providing emergency assistance.
