Planning And Zoning Table Request For Village On The Green Expansion

The Sullivan Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on Tuesday, July 14, regarding a conditional use permit for Village on the Green Apartment Complex to expand, adding 36 units.
The property is located at 104 Mulligan Drive. The property is in an R-2 zoning district.
Several residents had issues with the expansion. They cited concerns over odor, trash, pests, trespassing and thefts.
