Online Bill Pay Available In Sullivan

Another success for the City of Sullivan came to life recently as the city launched its online bill payments and account access program.

According to Sullivan City Administrator J.T. Hardy, the new program provides 24-hours-a-day, 365 days-a-year service that allows customers access to their updated account instantly, provides real time balances, payment amounts and bill due dates, graphs that show customer consumption history, pay through credit or debit cards, account balances are automatically updates, viewing for customers with multiple utility accounts, optimization for mobile viewing and customers can enroll in auto pay.

“We are excited to be able to improve our customers access to their information,” said Hardy on Friday, September 28. “This will allow customers to pay anytime from almost anywhere with 24/7 access to their account.”

The new service allows customers the chance to pay their utility bill on their time with no waiting in line.

“People are busy and want easier ways to access their information and pay their bills,” said Hardy. “We are constantly trying to improve our services and customer experiences, this is just another step in that direction.”

The new system will provide up-to-the minute critical data for customers which in turn should allow them to monitor their utility usage and provide data to determine if they have a water leak in their residence. Customers can receive daily updates on usage.

Customers can go to the City of Sullivan web site at www.sullivan.mo.us, where they can view a box window to the left of the page that list’s online payments.
