11 Big Prizes Waiting to be Claimed
Every ticket has the possibility to be a winner. Large jackpot runs over the last few months have created thousands of winners in Missouri; however, a few of those prizes remain unclaimed.
“Everyone has their eye on that big jackpot, but there are other ways to win significant prizes, so players should make sure they check all their tickets,” said May Scheve Reardon, executive director of the Missouri Lottery. “Right now, we have a total of eight Powerball winners – dating back to August – who’ve won $50,000 but have yet to come forward.
“But it’s not just the national games that award a big payout. We’re also looking for the winner of a $7.3 million Lotto jackpot from December,” she said.
Players are encouraged to check their tickets on the Lottery’s mobile app or use the Check My Tickets feature at MOLottery.com to see if they have a winning ticket. Tickets can also be scanned on Check-A-Ticket machines at retail.
“Always check your tickets and treat them like they’re winners until you know for sure,” Reardon added.
The following large Draw Games prizes have yet to be claimed. These tickets can be redeemed at any of the Lottery’s offices, which are located in Jefferson City, St. Louis, Kansas City and Springfield:

Unclaimed Draw Games prizes of $50,000 or more can be viewed on the Lottery’s website. Winners have exactly 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prize, and any prize money not claimed by the deadline is transferred to the Lottery Proceeds Fund to benefit public education.
