Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital to Host Vaccine Clinics in Sullivan April 21-23

Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital will be distributing 400 first doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine next week at two vaccination events. To schedule a vaccine appointment, please visit https://vaccinate.bjc.org/schedule. All Missouri residents ages 16 and over are eligible to receive this vaccine. Those ages 16-17 years old require parental consent to receive the vaccine, however consent forms can be printed and signed in advance, therefore a parent/guardian does not need to accompany them to the appointment.
