Man Charged With First-Degree Assault In Stabbing

A Pacific man has been charged after he allegedly stabbed a victim in the torso on Aug. 18.
Robert Camacho, Jr., 22, faces one count of first-degree assault. He is being held on a $100,000 bond.
Franklin County Sheriff Steven Pelton said the victim, who is expected to recover, was stabbed during an argument with Camacho at a residence near Union.
