Joint Investigation Leads To Five Arrests, Massive Heroin Seizure

An investigation between the Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group, Crawford County Sheriff’s Office, Missouri State Highway Patrol and Cuba Police Department led to the arrest of five Crawford Counnty residents and a massive heroin seizure.
Some of the suspects were allegedly distributing heroin throughout Crawford County. Authorities seized several phones that had text messages depicting drug sales.
Overall, more than 260 heroin capsules were seized, along with various drug paraphernalia.
