HBM Holdings Acquires Aerofil Technology Inc.

Aerofil Technolgy, Inc., (ATI,) is under new ownership as it was recently purchased by HBM Holdings , a Clayton-based company whose current business portfolio includes: Mississippi Lime, Delavau, TRU-FLEX and Schafer Industries.

ATI began in Sullivan in 1988 and through the years has expanded rapidly, employing more than 500 people in the Sullivan area under 520,000-square feet of manufacturing and warehousing facilities, located off Highway AF.

ATI is a contract manufacturer that fills aerosol and liquid containers for industry-leading brands across a wide set of industries and applications.

In an official press release to the media from HBM Holdings, Mike Decola, CEO of HBM, stated, “With its remarkable culture of continuous improvement, laser-focus on delivering value to customers, and a growth strategy that provides great opportunities to employees, Aerofil is an exciting addition to the HBM Portfolio. These principles align with our model of investing for long-term, sustainable growth and performance, and we look forward to working alongside the Aerofil team to implement their vision.”
