Franklin County Reports 104 New Cases, Four Hospitalizations

Franklin County said in its weekly report Friday there were 104 new COVID-19 cases.
The county is now averaging 13 new cases per day and the seven-day positivity rate has reached 11.4%.
Hospitalizations dropped from six to four.
Franklin County has totaled 9,907 total cases with 179 deaths and 32 probable deaths.
