Executive Wood Products Unveils New Anti-Ballistic Product For Schools

On Thursday, Feb. 1, 2018 in an exclusive event inside the Executive Wood Products factory in Sullivan the company unveiled a new anti-ballistic product designed to protect school children, educators, and staff against the burgeoning threat of active shooters. The product, aptly named "The Scholar," is an armored, highly mobile shield that serves as a tackable surface for papers and posters on one side and a white board on the other.

One of the primary features of this, and all of the anti-ballistic products produced by the 36-year­-old company, is that the company's discretely armored anti-ballistic products appear to be no different than all other furnishings and fitments in their surroundings.
