The New Haven Police Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing person incident that occurred at 206 Selma Street, New Haven, Missouri at 10:00 PM on 02/02/2021.

Missing Is:

Jazmine Strubberg a white, female, age 15

Jazlynn Strubberg a white, female, age 9 months

Vehicle Information:

Gold Buick Passenger Car bearing Missouri or Illinois, unknown last seen 206 Selma Street, New Haven Missouri

Possible suspects or associates are believed to be:

Devin Brown, a white, male, age 18, hgt 5'06, 130 lbs, brown hair, brown eyes

The endangered missing person:

Jazmine Strubberg, is a white, female, age 15, hgt 5'04, 125 lbs, blonde hair, blue eyes, wearing unknown color tank top and black leggings.

Jazlynn Strubberg, is a white, female, age 9 months, hgt 28.5 inches, 20 lbs, brown hair, blue eyes, wearing peach and white pajamas with Dalmatians on them.

Brief circumstances regarding the Endangered Missing Person incident:

Jazmine Strubberg along with her child Jazlynn Strubberg left with Devin Brown who has made threats of violence against Jazmine in the past and is known to be violent. Jazmine has an altered mental status. They may be en route to Illinois or Union, MO.
