State of Missouri Endangered Person Advisory
The Franklin County Sheriff's Office has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing person incident that occurred at 700 Pleasant Drive Apt 6, Washington MO at 3:24 PM on March 2nd, 2018.
Missing Is:
Michael A Jolly, a black male, age 43
Vehicle Information:
Dark gray 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 bearing MO, 6GA907 last seen in Washington, MO
The endangered missing person:
Michael Jolly, is a black male, age 43, height 5'5", 140 lbs, black hair, brown eyes, with an M&M candy tattoo on his right arm, limited mobility in right hand, and walks with a limp.
Brief circumstances regarding the Endangered Missing Person incident:
Last contact with Jolly was by phone on March 11th. Subject was traveling from Washington, MO to Affton, MO to visit family and contacted them to advise he was lost in the Fenton area. Subject was given directions but never arrived in Affton. A cell phone ping indicates that his phone was last powered on March 12th and was in Kentucky at that time. He has no known associates in Kentucky. Jolly suffers from diminished mental capacity as a result of a traffic crash several years ago and gets lost easily.
