Conrad Benefit To Be Held November 30

Many local area residents are working to assemble a benefit to held Tammy (Conrad) Ward, who is battling cancer for the third time in her life.

According to event organizers Ward had a double mastectomy in January 2019 and in May a Pet-Scan, used to detect cancer in the body, concluded that she was cancer free.

By August the family of Ward had learned that cancer had returned snf spread throughout Wards bones at a Stage Four level.

Ward is currently enrolled in an Immune Therapy Treatment at Moffit Hospital, Tampa, Florida, trying to defeat the cancer.

On November 30, a dinner/dance/auction benefit will be held at the Fraternal Order of Eagles Hall, Sullivan, at 6 p.m. that will include live music by the Black Birds.

There is scheduled to be a live auction, with Bill Little, a dessert auction and silent auction.
