City Looking To Purchase Two Buildings, Golf Course

The Sullivan City Council was set to vote Tuesday night on the purchase of two buildings and the Sullivan Country Club.
Bill 3814 would have approved the purchase of two buildings from Elite Properties I, Inc. for $662,500. The two buildings total 37,500 square feet and are located at 1190 and 1250 Airport Road.
Bill 3815 would have approved the purchase of the Sullivan Country Club and its golf course for $790,000.
