Cinema Burglary Solved But No Prosecution

The burglary of the Sullivan 6 Cinema on Friday, November 23, has been solved by Sullivan Police, however charges are not expected to be filed.

The burglary occurred in the early morning hours at 12:20 a.m. in which a front glass door window was broken out with the alleged thief entering the building and removing an undisclosed amount cash and coins from the business.

According to Sullivan Policer Lt. Patrick Johnson, detectives located and interviewed a suspect in the case, however the victim no longer wished to pursue prosecution.
