Child Remains Hospitalized Following Alleged Overdose

Two Sullivan residents are in custody after their 1-year-old allegedly overdosed on Tuesday, Feb. 16.

They are identified as a 26-year-old male and 25-year-old female.

As of Tuesday, charges are still pending against the couple.

The child has reportedly tested positive for narcotics.

Authorities say it is the second time a child has overdosed with the male subject being involved.
