Burning Daylight Brewery Receives Commission Approval For Downtown Microbrewery

It appears that Sullivan’s first microbrewery in the downtown area is set to take shape following a conditional use hearing by the Sullivan Planning and Zoning Commission Tuesday, November 14.

Planning and Zoning held at conditional use permit hearing at  6 p.m. regarding the proposed Burning Daylight Brewery to be located at 11 West Main Street, in the former MFA Coop facility.

The request came from owners Mitchell Wideman and Drake Bequette, who wished to pirate a tap room and microbrewery in the facility, which is zoned C-1 district and a conditional use permit is needed to operate this type of business in the downtown area.
