Budget Meeting Discusses Splash Park Improvements

The Sullivan City Council held a budget workshop on Tuesday night, December 4, following its regular council meeting in which they discussed improvements to Sullivan Splash Park, Vogelgesang Park and Proposition P funding for the Sullivan Police Department.
Sullivan City Engineer Robert Schaffer presented the council with two estimates for improvements at Sullivan Splash Park that would include a restroom facility along with fencing.
