BBQ For Hurricane Relief Friday

Like many of you, the devastation from hurricanes has left the people at Grace with a heavy heart and a desire to help those impacted. Grace United Methodist Church in Sullivan is having a barbeque on Friday, Sept. 15 from 11 a.m.-6:30 p.m. There will be pork steaks, brats, grilled chicken, hotdogs, potato salad, baked beans, slaw, green beans, desserts, and drinks. The cost for the meal is $10 for adults. It is all you can eat, so it is a great deal.

Every penny you spend on your meal will go to hurricane relief. This can be done because some very generous people in the church have donated all the food for the meal. The example of these people has inspired other people to volunteer to work.

Together we can make a bigger difference than each of us can by ourselves.

Come have a good meal and make a difference in the lives of people the hurricane has affected. When devastating things happen in our country, we all pitch in to make lives better. Much appreciation for your compassion and support for our neighbors in the south.
