Two Bourbon Residents Charged With Possessing Explosive Device

Two Bourbon residents have been charged after the Crawford County Sheriff’s Department discovered an improvised explosive device Jan. 2 during a traffic stop in Bourbon.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol’s bomb squad was called in and determined the device would cause severe physical injury and had potential for a fatal injury.
