Leasburg Man Killed In Head-On Collision

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a Leasburg man was killed in a head-on collision by a suspected drunk driver on Highway H at Twin Oaks Lane on Saturday.
An Illinois man was arrested at the scene.
According to the accident report, Connor Crites, 25, was traveling on a 2002 Suzuki GS 500 when he was struck head-on by a 2013 Chevrolet, driven by Ronald Searle, 43, Washington, Ill.
The highway patrol said Searle crossed the center line.
Crites, who was wearing a safety device, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Searle was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence and resisting arrest.
Searle is being held at the Crawford County Jail.
