Lady Warhawks Host Keep the Faith Night at BHS

On Saturday, February 9th, the Lady Warhawks will take on the Viburnum Lady Blue Jays with game time of 5:30.  This night will be a night to help raise money for senior Faith Skaggs. On Thursday, December 20, Skaggs was involved in a serious car accident on Highway 185.  Skaggs spent over a month at Barnes Jewish, with 3 weeks in ICU, before being transferred to Ranken Jordan to begin her rehabilitation. 

The Lady Warhawks sold Keep the Faith shirts to support Skaggs in her recovery.  Both the Lady Warhawks and Lady Blue Jays will be wearing the Keep the Faith shirts during their warm up. A few shirts will be available for sale the night of the game. 

A silent auction will be held from noon (during the Bourbon JV tournament) until the start of the varsity game, with winners announced at half time. All proceeds from the gate will also go to Skaggs’ recovery. 

The Lady Warhawks hope to pack the gym, with people wearing the Keep the Faith shirts, to raise as much money as possible for Skaggs.
