The Crawford Electric Cooperative Board of Directors formally condemned Director Paul Gross last week, accusing him of making unsupported or misleading public statements and engaging in conduct the board said had created confusion among members and raised concerns about the cooperative’s governance and elections.The board adopted the resolution Aug. 25,
