Commission Deliberating $32,050 Administrative Penalty For Sewer Violation

Crawford County commissioners are deliberating whether to enforce a $32,050 administrative penalty for a sewer violation that went unattended for nearly two years.

After the report of a septic system failure at Indian Hills in 2017, the Crawford County Health Department began reviewing open cases. One concerned the property of Kimberly Kinder.
