Bourbon Suspends After School Activities

Bourbon High School Activities Director Devon Payne announced Monday morning that all after school activities have been suspended until further notice.

This includes spring sports, youth sports, clubs or any other kind of activitity after school hours.

The Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA) has not announced any changes to the spring sports schedule due to coronavirus, but has left it up to the discretion of each district.

Sullivan High School announced Monday morning that its girls soccer jamboree in St. James has been canceled. 

The Sports Boosters has also postponed its 3-on-3 basketball tournament scheduled for March 29. No makeup date has been set.

Update:

The Parkway College Showcase has been canceled. Sullivan's girls soccer team was set to be a participant.

Steelville has canceled all practices and athletic contests through April 3, which includes an away game for the Eagles baseball team. That game has been canceled.

MSHSAA will be releasing a statement later today on how the spring season will proceed.
