The city of Bourbon is considering passing an ordinance that would force landlords to receive an occupancy permit before accepting new tenants.
Crawford County R-1 Superintendent Patricia Thompson announced Friday that she plans to retire at the end of the 2018-2019 school year, effective June 30.
