Cooperative’s Charity Golf Tournament benefits Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital
Crawford Electric Cooperative, the local Touchstone Energy Cooperative held its 20th annual charity golf tournament on Friday, June 29, 2018 at the Sullivan Country Club. Monies raised from the event were designated to benefit Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital’s Cancer Treatment Center and Crawford Electric’s Operation Round Up.
Over the past several years through their fund raising, Crawford Electric has been able to provide four patient treatment stations in the Cancer Treatment Center and several pieces of medical equipment for Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital.
Recently, Crawford Electric Cooperative presented a check to the Hospital for $5,300 from the June Golf Tournament. These funds will directly benefit patients receiving care at the Cancer Treatment Center. “We sincerely appreciate Crawford Electric’s generous support to the hospital through their annual charity tournament,” commented Lisa Lochner, MBSH Vice President of Operations. “Their ongoing support has made a tremendous difference to the numerous individuals who receive their care in our Hospital.”
