Boys Qualify For Nine Sectional Events

Sullivan’s boys track and field team finished sixth on Saturday at the Class 4 District 5 meet at Union High School.

The boys qualified for nine events at sectionals.

De Soto scored seven runs in the fourth inning on Tuesday to down the Eagles 11-0.

The game was called after a two-run double in the fifth by Dill.

Sullivan (6-14) had six hits.

Jordan Woodcock qualified for the MSHSAA Class 3 state golf tournament after taking 15th on Monday at districts.

Woodcock carded a 94 at St. Francois Country Club.
