Entering his fourth year as head coach, Ian Whitson aims to lead the Eagles to another deep playoff run. But this will be his final season with the players who started when he took the helm.
During early practices, Head Coach Matt Wiegers has repeatedly told the Lady Eagles to “keep focused and stay hungry.”
Sullivan’s track and field team fired off to a new year on Monday, Mar. 24. They hosted an early season meet with St. Clair, Union, Bourbon and Pacific.
Boys Roster
Sullivan’s golfers will tee off their next season on Wednesday, Mar. 26. They will compete against Union and Pacific at the Birch Creek Golf Course.
The Lady Eagles (10-17), seeded fifth, had the final bite over No. 4 St. Clair (14-11). Sullivan upset the Lady Bulldogs 54-38 to tip off the Class 4 District 3 Tournament.
