Lady Eagles Swept By Union In 55-27 Loss
Sullivan (15-18) extended their seven-game losing streak with a 55-27 loss to Union (17-6) on Thursday, Feb. 15. This came a day after they had fallen to another Lady Wildcat and conference team, Cuba.
The Lady Eagles shot 56% from the free-throw line, 35% from three-point range and 25% on field goals. They secured 26 rebounds, seven assists, three steals and a block.
Union converted 73% of their free throws, 40% of their field goals and 26% of their three-pointers. They racked up 26 rebounds, 20 steals, 12 assists and five blocks.
Individual stats were unavailable at press time.
Before varsity played, the JV Lady Eagles shut down Union 44-31.
