Eagles Golf Finished Season At Districts

The Sullivan Eagles golf team finished their season on Monday. Twelve other teams competed at the Ste. Genevieve Golf Course for the Class 3 District 1 tournament.

The Eagles finished in 13th place as a team with a score of 449.

St. James won the team championship with a score of 327 and Dexter followed with 329.

Ste. Genevieve grabbed third with 343 and Potosi followed with 345.

St. Clair finished in fifth with 370 and Central (Park Hills) followed with 371.

Fredericktown got seventh with 375 and Perryville got 413.

Cuba collected ninth with 435 and St. Mary’s got 436.

Herculaneum finished in 11th with 436 and Salem finished with 438.

Easton Purvis led the Eagles in 29th with 24 over par.

Max Avery followed in 51st with a 41.

Carsen Dudley grabbed 57th with a 46.

Matt Mallory finished in 59th with a 50.

Jackson Marcee of St. James won the championship with a two over par.

Ste. Genevieve’s Aiden Boyer followed with a four over par.
