Boys, Girls Basketball Teams Register Opening Night Victories

Sullivan's boys and girls basketball teams began the new season with victories on Tuesday night.
The girls coasted to a 52-22 win over De Soto, while the boys went on the road and staged a fourth quarter comeback over Ft. Zumwalt East, 49-41.
The Lady Eagles opened up a big second quarter lead and never looked back. An 18-4 run buried De Soto.
On the road in St. Peters, the boys outscored Ft. Zumwalt East 15-4 in the fourth quarter.
They trailed 37-34 entering the final period.
