Summer Reading Program Begins June 1

Summer is quickly approaching, which means the Summer Reading Program is almost here! This year’s theme is All Together Now.  The program, which begins June 1, will have reading challenges, prizes, and programs for all ages.  This year you can use our new Beanstack app to keep track of your reading, earn badges, and keep your reading streak going. Those who complete the program will earn a completion prize- a book for kids and teens, and a tote bag for adults. Each participant will also have the chance to put their name into a drawing for additional prizes!  Adults will have the opportunity to put raffle tickets into the prize drawing of their choice. Prize baskets will vary between branches and will be sponsored by the Friends of the Library.  Reading during the summer is essential for all ages, so keep reading. Don’t forget- listening to books also counts!
